Doctor by the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela with the thesis Los Fondos de Conocimiento y la optimización del aprendizaje escolar en la infancia gitana 2020. Supervised by Dr. Miguel Anxo Santos Rego, Dr. María del Mar Lorenzo Moledo.
Graduate in Pedagogy and Doctorate in Education (2020), with international mention and extraordinary doctoral prize awarded by the University of Santiago de Compostela. She has a Masters in Advanced Studies in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Complutense University of Madrid. She is a member of the ESCULCA research group (Competitive Reference Group of the Galician R+D+i System) and the RIES research network (Xunta de Galicia). She is the author of the book "Fondos de Conocimiento Familiar e intervención educativa" (Narcea, 2020), of book chapters in relevant national publishing houses, as well as of publications indexed in impact media (SJR/JCR) at national and international level. She has participated as a member of the research and work team in several competitive projects of the State Plan for R+D+i, including an Erasmus + project, one contract with public administration and one of the Galician Cooperation for the Development of the Xunta de Galicia. She is currently a lecturer in the Theory and History of Education at the Faculty of Education of the USC. Her main areas of research include: anthropology of education, knowledge resources and school diversity and immigration.
