Abstract

We describe a method to identify Barbiturates, Salicylic Acid, Paracetamol, Caffeine and Theophylline at their toxic levels in plasma based on the purification of the sample with the Sep Pak C18 minicolumns and the analysis of the residue obtained by the IR spectroscopy.
