Abstract

The main objectives of this thesis were, first, to characterize the chemical, physicochemical, and biological composition following the Minimum Information about Nanomaterial Biocorona Experiments (MINBE) recommendations of blank polymeric NCs, second, to develop NCs loaded with chemotherapeutics and immunomodulators (STAT3 and TGF-β pathway inhibitors), and third, to develop a nanotechnology platform for the intracellular delivery of mAb (bevacizumab as a model mAb, and anti-KRASG12V mAb as therapeutic mAb).
