Abstract

The main objective of this research is to elaborate an integrative didactic proposal for the acquisition of discourse, prosodic and gestural aspects in the formal register of Spanish as an L2 by Russian-speaking students, using the role-play technique. By means of the contrastive-comparative analysis of simulated professional situations recorded on video, collected in two corpora, one of native speakers from Galicia, and the other of Russian learners, my aim has been to study the discursive, argumentative, prosodic and gestural features in order to know their joint articulation in interactional data; and, hereafter, to facilitate their acquisition by Russian learners through the didactic material created specifically for this research. For this goal, I also present a computer tool that offers three different intonational analyses of audios of native speakers and learners of Spanish, in order to provide information on the similarity of pronunciation. In order to carry out this study, I have applied the theoretical-methodological approach of complexity studies, which includes different perspectives on acoustic analysis, discourse analysis and gestural analysis to obtain the holistic results on the role of the interaction of these three levels in semantic-pragmatic meaning constructed by our informants.
