Resumo

A pandemia de COVID-19 tivo importantes repercusións na saúde e o benestar das persoas con TEA e as súas familias, con maiores dificultades no manexo das actividades diarias, especialmente do tempo libre e das actividades estruturadas, que sufriron niveis altos de ansiedade e menor benestar. O mantemento das rutinas, viuse alterado, e as persoas con TEA sufriron mais trastornos do sono que agravaron os seus problemas sociais e emocionais, con máis frecuencia de ansiedade, irritabilidade, obsesión, hostilidade e impulsividade. A interrupción da asistencia médica comportou menos apoio terapéutico e diminución dos diagnósticos de TEA.
