Abstract

Results oftwo years study on the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in honey are reported. Residues were extracted with acetonitrile/water (2:1) solution, partitionedwithpetroleum ether, cleaned-up by florisil column, concentrated and then analysed byGLC witha NP detector.Residue analysis indicates that of these eleven substances only six can be found, but only at levéis that could not be dangerous for human health.
