Resumo

The purpose of the article is to know the profile of the most valued companies to work in Spain. The nationality and geocultural group variables have been taken into account. In addition, it is analyzed if there are significant relationships between these variables with the CSR and the overall assessment obtained by the companies. The ranking of the 100 companies with the highest score in the years 2013-2016 is considered. Six factors are also measured: Talent Management, Compensation, Work Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility, Training and Perception of Employees. In this way the total valuation is obtained, classified by nationality. Eight research questions are posed and unifactorial analysis of variance methods, Pearson correlations and multiple regressions are used. The main conclusion is that the nationality variable is not relevant, nor the international areas (Anglo-Saxon, North-Central Europe, Mediterranean Europe and the rest of the world), despite the existence of statistically significant differences between the companies of the most valued country (Switzerland ) and those below the average such as Sweden, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and the United Kingdom, which belong to the European Union. The value of this work is in the novelty, since it allows to know better the profile of the most attractive companies to work in Spain under an international perspective.
