Resumo
This article presents a detailed answer to the question: how to become a good teacher? The author explains that there are many ways to become a good teacher. He gives three examples of teachers he had when he was in high school and how they helped him in his training. Among these examples, the characteristics that stand out the most are that the teachers showed interest in the students and that the teachers showed themselves as they really were; this helps a student feel important and helps him or her develop critical thinking, in addition to achieving correct behavior from all the students.
