Resumo

El principal objetivo de este trabajo es poner de manifiesto la relación entre la gestión del conocimiento y el desempeño organizacional de un conjunto de empresas ubicadas en el Área Metropolitana de Oporto (AMP). Para ello se han explorado y caracterizado diferentes grupos de empresas en función de los estilos de gestión del conocimiento que utilizan y se han relacionado los diferentes grupos con medidas de desempeño no financieras para verificar la existencia de desigualdades.
