Abstract

The main purpose of this work is to point out in different ways the relation between the knowledge management and the performance of a group of companies situated in the metropolitan area of Porto (AMP). To rich this main objective, it was explored and characterized different companies groups concerning the styles of knowledge managing adopted, in order to relate these different groups with various non-financial performance measures and find out inequalities
