Abstract

With this work, our intention is promoting a working line only slightly established in our professional practices: collaborative work. Certainly, a dynamics that improves teachers' professional development. Firstly and brietly, we will conceptualey clarify some matters on this specific working variety among educators. Next, we will defend it as a prior axis for their professional development. We will finish with the analysis of an experience carried out in a non-university educational context. We hope this activity will be a space for reflection initially, and later, it will result in future really innovative educational methods. Of course, we are conscious it involves a challenge for al¡ those teachers who carry out their professional activity in working centres where professional dialogue, understanding, cordiality, mutual acceptance, collective reflection, openness, flexibility, etc is not successful enough. At the same time, we also recognise that a shared culture, like this case, is constructed gradually and progressively.
