Abstract

This article intends to contribute to a better consideration of civic learning within schools. For this purpose, we use mediational skills as an strategy for a better living-together.The work has to do with procedimental proposals for conflict resolution, relating this field with moral education. We deal with the issue of conflict, assuming a perspective centred in the process, motivationally connected, which make sense by understanding the structure of human cognition.We pose the need for constructive management of the conflict inside schools, as a key element for prevention and operative basement for emotional literacy, even as school practice for values education.Finally, we trace the procedimental logic in relation to adequate educational action for conflict management. We should not forget however the importance of instrumental skills to mediate peer conflicts, so to be able to continuing thinking in education as a moral act.
