Zusammenfassung

Preliminary work with the distillation collumn UOP3 of Armfield Ltd for the separation of the non-ideal mixture of ethanol and water. Tunning of the variables (boild-up rate, heating power, reflux ratio) to enhance the separation efficiency. Similar procedure should be applied for the direct isolation of ammonium bicarbonate for the tradiational batch distillation setup.
