El papel de la empresa en el sistema de formación profesional español tras las últimas reformas

Abstract

The latest reforms carried out in the Spanish vocational education and training system have strengthen the role of the company in vocational training. The participation of the companies in the design, development, evaluation and innovation of vocational training is configured as one of the principles of the system. The objective of this paper is to analyse how the participation of the companies is articulated in Organic Act No. 3/2022. Firstly, the role of the company in the provision of vocational training is studied, paying special attention to company training programs. Secondly, the paper analyses the collaboration in vocational training, particularly in the company training period. Finally, a brief reference to the participation of social agents in the governance of the system is included.
