Abstract

Ethical-social education constitutes one of the basic components of the integral education of individuals at all stages of schooling. Putting it into practice requires a balanced dynamic bet-ween the two essential purposes of education: building social consensus and developing to the maximum all individual capacities of each person. Based on two experiences lived by the author and using the metaphor of choreographies of teaching, the text analyzes the conceptual and operational dilemmas that arise around the commitment of schools to education and in relation to how to integrate the contents of ethical-social education in the curriculum and the life of schools
