Abstract
At this moment several countries as Spain depens of petroleum and this situation force to study possible alternative energies, as biomass generated by organic materials as the result of biological process. Its use with energetic sense represents great advantages that follow to think on its increase like element of combustion because of being: product without additives, renewable resource and its act like the planet lung catching CO2 and releasing O2. In this work a factory of parquet and moldings in Mos (Pontevedra) is taken as pilot, with a high production of daily remainders , (about 58 Tn, 27% corresponds to remainders generated from American oak and rest from tropical wood), that at present are sold to board factories (near to 21 €/Tn), which means a minimum benefit and to lose the possible added value that it’s possible to be obtained. With this work an economically viable solution for all the produced remainders is attempt by installing a pellets line in the factory of parquet.
