Resumo

Spanish seaports are mostly located in urban environments. The different activities that take place within its domain are susceptible to general environmental impacts. One of the most common is the one that affects air quality conditions. This contribution aims to study the behavior of the Spanish Port Authorities in this matter. To do this, based on the data contained in the Sustainability Reports that are reported annually, the main sources of atmospheric pollution and the measures implemented to mitigate it are analyzed. The research is carried out by confronting the institutional vision and that of the local communities, and introducing the perspective of the stakeholders.
