Abstract

This study analyzes the foreign policy agendas of Argentina, Chile and Uruguay (Southern Cone), from communicational action, through the application of the comparative and analysis of the information methods issued by the foreign policy departments through its web sites, of the last quarter of 2017. Personalist and conservative agendas are evident, oriented to bilateral and multilateral politics; the actors that predominate are the traditional ones (States) through their agencies and representatives and from the perspective of public policy, the necessity for communication strategies that allows to disseminate the results and achievements of foreign policy.
