Abstract

This article presents the approach and results of two doctoral research projects carried out within the framework of the Resclima project of the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Galicia). These researches are complementary : they offer a state of the question of the ERCC at the academic, political and school levels, more specifically in secondary education. The first is a bibliometric analysis to characterize research on climate change (CC) in secondary schools. The second is a portrait of the general state of current research on climate change education (CCE) in school curricula through its main axes of articulation : climate and education policies, curriculum development, and analysis of textbooks and innovative pedagogical practices. These two studies highlight the importance of an international educational research agenda on ERCC, as well as the need to develop national curricula that would place the fight against CC at the center of formal education.
