Resumo

The labour market is experiencing, in a period of time relatively short, a deep transformation motivated not only by the technological changes, but also cultural and social. All these factors comport the disappearance of numerous employments and places of work that tend to affect to social and populational sectors determinate, usually women, people of age more advanced, with functional diversity or simply, of purchasing power lower, by the lower possibilities that present to update and adapt to the changes. The other face of this same phenomenon is related with the new occupations that arise promoted by technological innovations. Now well, all of them need also of some knowledges and a specific training and, again, the possibilities of access to them are more limited for the same communities. The present work tackles the importance that has training not only in the access to employment and to the professional promotion in general, but specifically, like instrument that allows that the evolution of the market of work does not leave backwards the most disadvantaged communities.
