Abstract

The ADN analysis is a perfectly valid and very powerful method that solve many criminal cases. It represents a complete revolution for forensic laboratories, and experts have improved the standarization and coordination. According to the authors, there are still some problems because it is difficult to explain to the magistrates the identificative value that the ADN analysis has, this is in concrete cases extraordinarily big, but, according to the authors, it is completely necessary to quantify them.
