Resumo

We present a case report of a patient who received 15 years after rodioiodine therapy because of a epidermoid carcinoma of the left cheek mucous and developed numerous malignancies of the oral mucous. There are few reports of carcinogenesis after radioiodine therapy and the interest of this report is emphasize the importance of investigate this association further in orther to assess the risk of secondary malignancies after radiotherapy.
