Abstract

This paper describes a collaborative educational proposal based on the use of robotics in Integrated Languages Teaching (ILP). Specifically, the aim of this work lies on strengthen the communicative and computational skills of future roboticists (Graduated in Robotics) and teachers (Graduated in Teaching or Master’s Degree in Teaching with language profile). The proposal is based on extending the functionalities of the Escornabot robot in order to address the needs of integrated language teaching. Moreover, the collaboration between students from different fields of knowledge will allow the promotion of pre-professional synergies between three different but complementary areas: Robotics, Linguistics and Education
