Resumo

The loss of spaces for coexistence has turned the social network into an agora where bilateral communication has given way to unilateral exposure of content and opinions. The exhibitionism fostered by the culture of approval cultivated within it has given rise to many conflicts, to which the company has not remained oblivious. The possibility of incurring in a breach of contract through the use of the social network, or being reported by it, makes it necessary to analyse the margin of freedom that labour law confers on its users.
