Abstract
This paper analyzes the clauses inserted in digital content supply contracts that refer, in a generic way, to “voice data” or “interaction with the service by means of voice commands”. It will try to determine whether the consent given by the user is valid and revocable in accordance with the provisions of data protection regulations, and will deal with the latest recommendations of the European Data Protection Board on virtual voice assistants.
