Abstract
Post-covid 19 measures have also been adopted in Justice, especially through Royal Decree-Law 16/2020, of April 28 and Law 3/2020, of September 18, on procedural and organizational measures to deal with the covid 19 in the field of Justice Administration. They are about introducing the development of information and communication technologies in, on the one hand, the back room of the Judicial Office, on the other, in the hearings of the Courts and, finally in the external communication of the court. In parallel and in this context, Artificial Intelligence is expected top lay a prominent role in the development of programs to mitigate the consequences of the pandemic in the different sectors of economic and socialactivity. Making use of both digitization and artificial intelligence, it is fair to point out that the need to evolve justice post-covid19 has one of the best scenarios in the adaptation of ODR environments. Within this framework, the Preliminary Draft La won Digital Efficiency of Justice regulates the business actions carried out by telematic means. Already in the strict jurisdictional field, at present, automated decisión-making systems base don algorithms that pursue the success of the judicial decisión appear. However, the doubts are enormous, specifically in the framework of the evidentiary assessment and in the resolution on the merits of the matter. The question becomes essential: Does Artificial Intelligence fit in these fields?
