Abstract

The permeabilization and instrumentation of root instrumentación canals with curved anatomies is one of the greatest challenges in endodontic treatments. In these situations, obtaining a good biomechanical preparation is of great difficulty. The use of conventional instruments and techniques can lead to a higher incidence of intraoperative accidents. This article presents three clinical cases where it is shown how to safely and effectively perform curved root canal treatment through a new and simplified instrumentation system.
