Resumo
In this scientific article is to expose situations �and their consequences - in that you can find a pregnant employee when the employer decides to extinguish the contract of employment, during the trial period, either later. In the analysis of the factual circumstances, highlighted what the Spanish Legislator has designed to protect the biological fact of pregnancy against the employer�s decision, and also deep gap which is still persisting.
