Resumo

Visibility of any form of violence that represents the first step towards a gradual and necessary eradication of any form of abuse affecting women and also people who do not conform to a heteronormative identity. The objective of the study, funded with funds from the State Pact against Gender Violence, is a diagnostic research into the situation of sexual harassment and sexist harassment, sexual orientation and gender identity at the University of Santiago de Compostela. Methodologically, it uses a self-completed online survey prepared ad hoc and aimed at the entire personal census (PAS, PDI) and USC students. The results are used to develop intervention and awareness guidelines for the detected sexual and gender diversity discrimination behaviors.
