Resumo

The objective of this study is to evaluate the prevalence of violence in the relationship of adolescents' partners from the perspective of the victim. The sample consists of 400 high school students from public institutes in Galicia. The mean age was 16.29 years. The results show low prevalence rates in physical violence, sexual violence and relational violence. However, a high level of verbal violence suffered by adolescents in their dating relationships. Therefore, gender violence is also present in the lives of adolescents.
