Abstract

A study of the organization of the environment of the Nursery School (0-3 years) of Tui is offered as a good practice. The information is collected throu-gh non-participant direct observation and the use of semi-structured interviews with the principal of the center. They are identified as conditions that make it possible for the work of this school to focus on the well-being and development of children: the effective pedagogical leadership of the principal, a clear pedagogical project and the teamwork of all school staff. In the organization of the environment highlights the commitment respect to the times and rhythms of the infants and an open, flexible and comprehensive use of indoor and outdoor spaces of the school.
