Abstract
This paper presents a psychological perspective of the collective bargaining, to emphasize, on the one hand, the interactive proccesses and, on the other hand, the aportations from the organizational theories. On the base the Kochan's model, the several factors to articulate a psychological theory of the proccesses of collective bargaining are described.
