Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to advance in the building of an integrator model of the some factors which take part in the success of family mediation. Some considerations about problems of the general evaluation of mediation process are explains. An analysis is made mainly about the variables that modulate the efficiency, as characteristics mediators, the intensity of the conflict, the motivation of parts to reach an agreement, etc.
