Resumen
The reconfiguration of the structures of political parties in Spain and Galician political system after the economic crisis, causing institutional changes and changes in communication policies, due to the need to form coalition governments. In this regard, it is necessary to make a coherent, credible and unambiguous communication, opting for a compartmentalization of information, the development of the strategic message and a single command in the political arena, reserving a percentage of management positions for positions chosen by consensus political parties that form the coalition government with an independent and co nun cross profile role within the government, sometimes acting spokespersons and being responsible for implementing a strategy of political communication previously agreed. This paper uses the inductive method by case study for use in comparative perspective, analyzing the government coalition PSdeg-PSOE and BNG (2005-2009) from a phenomenological, political, administrative and communicative view and claim to establish general recommendations for the Government of Galicia.
