Resumo
In March it will take place the regional and municipal elections of Bolivia. A election in which the party of President Evo Morales, Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS), can take a step to a wide hegemony if the results of the last general elections, when the MAS won in the region of Santa Cruz, traditionally opposite to Evo Morales, are repeated. So, these elections present the struggle between a strong and consolidated party, the MAS, and the parties in the opposition that seem to be more and more weak. The results in the department of Santa Cruz and the cities of La Paz and Cochabamba will be key elements.
