Abstract
This paper is a first approach to the CEMAC integration process and towards the analysis of foreign trade in that area. Firstly, it should be solved the educational issue, which is crucial for economic development. Nevertheless, educational expenditure, which is minimal, is extremely difficult to rise as far as all these countries have a very low GDP per inhabitant. Secondly, it must be addressed the integration of Africa, whose success would depend critically upon the stability and strength of institutions, the political consensus and the infrastructures.
