Resumo
In the economical and financial crisis context, the debate about the international introduction of a Financial Transactions Tax is once more opened. The question is if it could be a suitable tool -joined with a regulation and an appropriate supervision on the financial sector-, to helping confront it. In particular, from 2010 until nowadays the EU is choosing the best way to create this tax, trying the combination between the European interests and those of the Member States, and with the achievement of the financial stability as a main priority.
