Abstract
The professional of social psychology becomes essential in order to pay attention to person, family, community in a context of a multidisciplinary team to talk about care. For getting a full personal development we need interplaying with our environment and going to adapt ourselves into it, psychological resources which each of us have, cognitive skills, subjective experiences of the world, the sense of belonging to a group, among others, will provide a large extent the success of such adaptations. Areas of activity of psychologists in social issues are those in the intervention with the community, subjects listed the family and children, specific women´ s, youth, social minorities and immigration, old age and development cooperation, without forgetting the deficiencies, disabilities and disabled. Here, tasks and functions of this professional are traced.
