Estudio de la etiología e impacto de los decomisos en un matadero de ovinos

Abstract

This experiment seeks to study the ethiological agents involved in the pathological processes most commonly found in the slaughterhouses. Moreover, it tries to unveil the geographical and temporal variables that could affect the production of these condemnations throughout the year, as well as making an estimate of the losses in order to dimension the economic impact. On the other hand, it�s interesting to perform simple diagnostic techniques in fulfilling this scientific work so they could be utilized as diagnostic tools in the slaughterhouses. All the gathered information in this work will provide a more realistic and systematic overview of the abattoir findings so measures to improve the veterinarians work at these establishments can be proposed.
