Zusammenfassung
A novel and rapid method for fabricating microlens array of good quality on low-cost glass substrates is presented. This method is based on the ablation of the surface with a Q-switch Nd:YVO4. Two different pattern of microlens arrays are presented and characterized by confocal microscopy.
