Fotocoagulación focal en la retinopatía diabética simple (estudio comparativo entre el Laser de Argón azul-verde, DYE amarillo y DYE naranja)

Resumo

We study the efficacity of the different longitudes of the wave of laser in the treatment of the macular edema of the simplex diabetic retinopathy. We evaluate the evolution of the visual acuity and the eye fundus after 6 months of treatment in 74 eyes of 54 patients treated with blue-green Argon Laser, in 46 eyes of 34 patients treated with green Argon Laser, in 20 eyes of 19 patients treated with yellow Oye Laser and in 20 eyes of 17 patients with orange Oye Laser. The results were compare with the ones obtain in a control group of similar characteristics. AII the treated eyes shown a better evolution that the ones of the control group statistically significative (p s ) being the group treated with yellow Dye Laser the ones that have better results, after 3 months, as after 6 months later. The efficacity in the reabsorbition of the exudates were similar for the three types of Laser.
