Abstract

We study the pilocarpine and dapiprazole effects over 17 pseudophakic eyes with intraocular P.M.M.A. monoblock posterior chamber lens. We prove the dapiprazole mitotic effect over these eyes, without another change in the visual acuity and the proximal vision. We also prove the pilocapirne miotic effect, wich is more miotic than the dapripazole and also the pilocarpine action over the visual acuity and the proximal vision improvement in these eyes. AII of that can explain in part the pilocarplne role in the creation of a pseudoacomodation pseudophakic model in these patients.
