Abstract
The commonhold called "horizontal property" requires coexistence of neighbors within a building but this feature does not exdude the defense of personality rights, such as honor, privacy and data protection: anyway, some lirnirs are derived from the legal regime. This article analyzes issues such as the placernent of CCTV cameras, at the time of making a new Spanish Data Protecrion Act, according to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
