Abstract

Case report: A case of a myopic 39 years old male under orthokeratological treatment with Paragon CRT 100 is reported and the main topics to get a successful reverse geometry contact lens fitting are described. Conclusions: The compensation of the refraction of the patients by programmed use of reverse geometry hard contact lenses resulting that patient don’t need any kind of visual aids during the day. The increasing availability of corneal topography instrumentation and the introduction in the market of new reverse geometry lenses has sparked renewed interest in orthokeratology and now is a true therapeutic tool in contact lens practice.
