Zusammenfassung

This paper analyzes essentially the scope of the concept of marriage of Regulation (EC) 2201/2003 in order to include or not the same-sex marriages to apply the rules of international jurisdiction of this European instrument to claims of legal separation and/or divorce in relationship with same-sex marriages.
