Zusammenfassung
This research emphasizes the need of a different criminal policy on drugs. Moreover the author analyzes, from a critical perspective, the drugs new Spanish Criminal Law 2010, so much the positive aspects, the guessed right modifications in articles 368 and 369 Spanish Penal Code, as the negative aspects, the disproportionate reforms in articles 369 bis and 370 Spanish Penal Code.
