Abstract
Prostaglandins integrate a control organic system involved in the bone resorption mediated by the osteoclasts. These substances have been employed in animals to improve the dental orthodontic movement. In the present investigation PGE1CD was locally applied in eight patients subjected to orthodontic treatment.
