Zusammenfassung

Education is one of most important factors of economic and social development, either at a nacional or a regional level. With this study we seek to focus the importance of education and investigation, through the analisys of the Expenditure in I+D, and of the level of empregability, for the industrial development of Portugal and Spain’s regions.
