Resumo
This article is a presentation and evaluation of Husserl’s ethics as exposed in his Lessons on ethics and theory of value (1908-1914), taking account of this text but also of some complementary theoretical considerations of the Logical Investigations (1900-1901) and Ideas (1913). The three main questions are Husserl’s proposal of understanding ethics as a formal axiology which analyses evaluating acts, the evaluation of whether evaluating acts are objectivating or not, and the study of the applicability of the notion of fulfillment – which comes out of the domain of theoretical knowledge. Every section is closed with a critical evaluation: the absence of a material ethic in Husserl, the difficulty of settling whether evaluating acts are properly objectivating or not, and the impossibility of applying the notion of fulfillment beyond the field of knowledge-acts
