Abstract
This paper addresses the gender approach in the university teaching, focusing on the tuition in the Labour Law concerning bachelor degree and master. It analyses the repercussion in the framework design and the content of the theoretical teaching, as well as the convenience of adopting this approach in the interactive teaching through the solution of practical cases. In them it would pointed out the social necessity of legal measures in order to eradicate discriminatory treatment by gender in the individual and collective labour relations.
